In this page the method used to manage this site is described with reference to the processing of the personal data of the users who consult it.  It concerns a report made, according to art.13 of the Legislative Decree 20 June 2003 n 196- Code concerning the protection of personal data. – to those who interact with web services accessible. The report is made for the site concerned and for mini sites that can be consulted via our links, for which A.S.D. Quanta Sport Village is responsible. The information provided as follows is also inspired by the guide lines gathered from art. 29 of the directive n. 95/46/CE and concerns in particular the gathering of personal data from the Internet, proposing to identify the minimum measures that must be taken towards people concerned in order to guarantee the loyalty and legality of such practices.


Following consultation of this site the data relating to identified and identifiable persons can be processed. The “owner” of the processing is A.S.D. Quanta Sport Village whose office is in via Assietta 19, 20161 Milano.


The processing connected to the Web services of this site (physically resident on servers connected to the network) are made at the office of the Provider and are treated only by employees, collaborators or persons in charge of processing, or maybe people in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the Web service is communicated or diffused. The personal data provided by users who send requests to receive information are used only to carry out this service or required service and are communicated to third parties in cases in which it is necessary for the purpose except (see chapter “optional conferring of data”)


Navigational data

Information systems and software procedures used for the working of this website acquire, during their normal functioning, personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. It is information that is not collected in order to be matched to identified parties but, because of  its very nature, could through processing and matching with data held from third parties, enable users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names from the computers used by the users that connect to the site, the noted addresses URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used  to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating the operating system and computing environment of the user. This data is used only to extract anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and check its correct functioning and is cancelled immediately after the processing. The data could be used for investigating liability in the hypothesis of a data processing offence causing damage to the site.

Data voluntarily provided by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of  electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site requires the  successive acquisition of the address of the sender, necessary to answer requests as well as any other personal data entered in the message.
Specific summary reports will be progressively displayed in the site pages preset for particular services by request.


Apart from what has been specified concerning navigational data, the user is free is provide his personal data entered in the request forms or in contacts to ask for informative material or other communications to be sent. His non conferment can imply the impossibility of obtaining what has been requested. For completeness it must be reminded that in some cases (not the subject of the normal management of this site) the Authority can request news and information in accordance with art. 157 of Legislative Decree n.196/2003, for the purpose of control on the processing of personal data. In these cases the reply is obligatory under penalty of  administrative sanctions. ‘User name’ and ‘password’: in the event that you are requested to choose a ‘user name’ and a ‘password’ to access reserved sections of the site, it will be your responsibility to keep such data private and immediately communicate its used by unauthorized persons.


Personal data is processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect uses or unauthorised access in compliance with the obligation to conform to minimum security measures.


Persons who provide personal data have the right at any moment to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy and request it to be supplemented or updated, or to be corrected (art. 7 of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003). In accordance with the same article one has the right to ask for the cancellation, its transformation into an anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in the event of violation of the law or to oppose in any case its processing for legitimate reasons.
